A Fernrain filter lasts 10 days. A refill plan sends fresh filter sticks on a schedule, so you never run out. These terms explain what you agree to when you choose a plan, when you’re charged, and how to change or cancel it.
- What it is: boxes of fresh filter sticks on a schedule, with free shipping
- Your first month: included with your shower head order
- First refill charge: about 30 days after your order, when the first refill box ships
- Reminders: we email you before every box ships
- Change or cancel: anytime, from your account or by email, before the next box ships
- Refill boxes are final sale
The plans
- Monthly: 3 filters every month (6 with 2 heads).
- Every 3 months: 10 filters every 3 months.
- Yearly: 40 filters a year.
- Each plan’s price is shown on the product page and at checkout before you order. Shipping is free. Sales tax is added where it applies.
When you’re charged
- Today: you pay for your shower head order, which includes your first month of filters.
- About day 30: your first refill box ships and is charged.
- After that: each box is charged when it ships, on your plan’s schedule.
- We charge the payment method you used at checkout, or the one you change it to in your account.
Your plan renews until you cancel
Your plan keeps going, and keeps charging on its schedule, until you pause or cancel it. By choosing a refill plan at checkout, you agree to these recurring charges.
Reminders
We email you before every refill box ships, so you can pause, skip or change it first.
Manage your plan
From your account, anytime:
- Pause your plan.
- Skip a box.
- Change plan: monthly, every 3 months or yearly.
- Order filters one-time, without a plan.
- Cancel: no minimum number of boxes, no fee.
Prefer not to log in? Email hello@fernrain.com and a person will do it for you. Changes made before a box ships apply to that box; a box that has already shipped is charged as normal.
Price changes
If a plan’s price changes, we email you at least 30 days before the new price applies, so you can change or cancel first.
If a payment fails
We email you and try again over the next few days. If it still fails, we pause your plan until you update your payment details.
Refill boxes are final sale
Refill boxes can’t be returned or refunded once they ship. To avoid a box you don’t want, pause, skip or cancel before it ships; we email you before every box so you have time. A box that arrives damaged or with the wrong item is replaced free.
